CyberPros Technology Group has a unique business model which goes hand-in-hand with our business and work philosophies. Here we do not have a CEO or Vice Presidents, or other significant tile based hierarchies. We refer to the CyberPros team as a "Community of experts," or "Team." All of the team's members have and provide significant value to the organization. We are an expert team of seasoned professionals working passionately toward our goals which unanimously support our customer's goals. Each of us is no greater or less than another in our organization, we all have a subset of tasks and key work roles to perform which support the collective result.
Our personal, professional and business financial model also mirrors the company philosophy. Here there is no 1%, there is only the 100%. Salaries and bonuses are paid on the contribution that an expert makes to the company and its success, which is directly tied to our customer's success.The only exception to this model is a spot bonus program, where an individual may receive from his collective peers a special perk for a special job well done or an earth shattering, creative idea.
When you receive a business card from one of our community, you will quickly note that the job title only refers to the work that that individual enjoys performing.It is not a reflection on an over inflated company rank, as the individual is the best expert resource in his field you can find.
